Being grateful

On Thanksgiving you count your blessings and remember to give thanks. Right? Why do we not give thanks daily? We have so many things to be grateful for.
Take a moment and be grateful for all that you have even the “small” things that you take for granted.

Here are some things that I am grateful for to help you get started with you own list. Take a few minutes everyday to be grateful. This will change your life.

I am blessed and thankful for my family, friends, my heart, lungs, immune system, legs, hands, good health, my mind, sense of sight, sense of hearing, sense of touch, sense of smell, sense of taste, my speech, happiness, the sun, the sunset, the moon, the stars, oxygen, the earth, mother nature, animals, books, music, a bed to sleep in, my home, clothes, shoes, shower, laughter, love, life, and much much more.

Most importantly I am grateful to be me, with all the good & bad. I am grateful to be touching the world with my presence, and being given the chance to touch people’s lives, and to fulfill my purpose to give to others.
